  1. Provide wheat flour or aata
  2. Use ghee
  3. Take crushed jaggery
  4. You need cocoa powder

  1. In a pan heat ghee. Add wheat flour and roast it on low flame. Add 1-2 tablespoon more ghee if needed. Keep stirring till flour turns golden brown and nice aroma release.
  2. Then switch off the flame. Add crushed jaggery, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate and milk quickly. Combine well till jaggery melts. Transfer mixture into greased thali or mould. Spread evenly with the help of back side of katori.
  3. After 2-3 minutes make cut impressions in desired shape square or diamond with knife. Let it cool down. Then seperate pieces. Delicious chocolate sukhdi is ready.
