- Take Chinese Beef stir fry recipe base
- You need rice
- Get butter (for rice)
- You need Bok Choy
- Use Capsicum (red or green)
- Provide Beef (I used minute steaks, they come out more tender)

- Slice beef into strips and set aside. Chop up bok choy, onion (into wedges) and capsicum and set aside.
