The ingredients needed to prepare Creamy Spinach soup:
- Get 1 cup Spinach puree
- You need 1 1/2 cup milk
- Use 1/2 cup fresh cream (optional)
- Provide 2 tsp Maida/wholewheat flour

- In a saucepan or kadhai, add butter and let it melt, then add flour to it and cook for 2 mins- this is called roux
