- Take 500 Grams Beef
- Use 2 large Onions
- Take 2 large Courgettes
- Get Handful Brussel Sprouts (optional)
- Provide 200 Grams Bean Shoots
- Use 2 heaped Teaspoons Whole Grain Mustard
- Prepare 4-6 large Chestnut Mushrooms

- Slice and dice Beef into bite- sized pieces.Add to a wok or large saucepan with about a tablespoon of cooking oil.
- Trim, peel, slice Onions and add to Wok.
- Wash, trim then slice courgettes. Add to Wok.
