  2. Prepare 210 ml White Sugar
  3. Use 15-30 ml Cocoa Powder
  4. You need 60-120 ml Chocolate Chips
  5. Take 1-2 ml Pink Colour Paste
  6. Provide 2.5 ml Rose or Turkish Delight Flavoured

  1. Preheat oven to 100°C. Do not put the oven on high
  2. Add egg whites and sugar into a heatproof bowl. Place bowl on a pot with boiling water. Whisk the mixture until sugar is dissolved. Use your fingers (without burning yourself) by rubbing between your fingers to check if the sugar is dissolved
  3. Transfer egg whites to a stand mixture and whisk until thick and glossy.
  4. Line 3 baking trays with parchment paper and spray with Cook 'and Spray
  5. Separate mixture into 3 bowls. Add Cocoa Powder (I love dark chocolate so added the 30ml cocoa powder) and Chocolate Chips to the one egg mixture and mix well. Pipe or scoop mixture onto a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 1 hour
  7. Add flavouring and food colour to the second mixture. Mix well. Pipe or scoop mixture onto a lined baking tray. And bake for 1 hour
  8. I just pipe the remaining mixture onto a lined baking tray and baked for 1 hour. You can add any flavour you want.
