- Take 3 egg whites
- Prepare 170 g sugar
- Provide 1 tsp cornflour
- Provide 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- Take Pinch salt
- Prepare Optional sugar eyes (Waitrose)

- In a bowl, whisk egg whites to stiff peaks using a handheld whisk or food mixer.
