- For gravy - In a wok heat oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, chopped green chillies and stir for 1 min. Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped spring onions and stir for 2-3 mins.
- Add soya sauce, vegetable stock and cornstarch mixed in water. Stir. Add the fried Manchurian Balls.
