- Get 400 gm boneless chicken breast
- Prepare 10-12 garlic cloves
- Take 1 inch ginger
- Take as needed corn flour
- You need to taste salt
- You need 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- You need 1-2 whole red chillies
- You need 1 tsp soya sauce
- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- Take 2 tsp schezwan sauce
- Provide 3 tsp ketchup(optional)
- Prepare 2 tsp vinegar
- Get 1 onion sliced
- Get 1 capsicum cut in cubes
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder(degi mirch)
- Take as needed oil for frying and saute
Instructions to make Veg Fried Rice With Chilli Chicken:
- Fried Rice :- Chop ginger and garlic. take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil in it. add 2 whole red chillies. once chillies starts to release colour, add chopped ginger garlic. add chopped green chillies.add sliced onion and saute it for 30 sec to 1 min. add cut brocolli and cook it for around 1 min. add capsicum. cook it for another minute. add salt to taste, black pepper powder, soya sauce, green chilli sauce. mix it well. if you want, you can also add schezwan sauce.
- Now add cooked rice. rice should be 90% cooked. it's better to use left over rice. mix the rice and all veggies together. add vinegar. chings fried rice masala is optional to add. Fried rice is ready.
- Chilli Chicken - Marination - Cut chicken breasts into pieces. take a bowl and add chicken pieces in it. take 2 tbsp of corn flour and add in the bowl. add some ginger garlic paste or chopped ginger garlic, around 1 tsp. add 1-2 tsp of soya sauce. Add 1 tsp black pepper powder. Add some water so that corn flour is coated well on the chicken. donot make the liquid batter. you can also add some colour red chilli powder. leave it for around 1 hour in fridge.
- Once chicken is marinated, take.some.oil for frying in a pan or kadai. Fry the chicken pieces till medium brown in colour.
- Take a pan. add 1-2 tbsp oil. add chopped ginger garlic. add 1-2 green chillies chopped. add sliced onion and saute it for around 30 secs. add capsicum cut in cubes. cook.it for around a minute. add some salt, 1-2 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of red chilli.powder(degi). add 1-2 tso soya sauce, 1-2 tsp schezwan sauce, 1-2 tsp of red chilli sauce, 1 tsp ketchup(optional). mix it well. now add 2-3 tsp od cornflour in a 1 bowl(small) of water and mix it
- Add the corn flour slurry in the sauce prepared and mix them well.Now add the fried chicken pieces in the sauce. Cook it for around 1 minute, here you can also.add some chopped spring onion greens. Also you can adjust the consistency of the sauce by adding water or cornflour accordingly. To make it more gravy, add more water.
- Fried rice and chilli chicken is ready to be served!!
