- Prepare 2 whole slice cuts Onion
- Prepare 2 cut cubes Tamatoes

- Provide 1/2 cup Peas
- Take 2-3 Potatoes peeled & finely cut in slices

- Get 1 tbsp each Ginger garlic paste
- Use 1 tsp Green chilies paste
- You need 150 gm Coriander chopped
- Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

- Get 3 tbsp Grated coconut

- Heat up the oil in a sauce pan, fry onions, add cumin seeds and ajwain seeds and let them a bit roast and after a while add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, tomatoes and in last add coconut powder and cook it for few minutes.
