  1. First marinate mutton leg with ginger garlic paste,papaya paste, green chilli paste and leave for about 2 hours.
  2. Now grind almonds and make 3 tbsp almonds powder.
  3. Add salt, all spices powder, Jaifal jawatri powder, red chilli powder, chat masala, lemon juice, black pepper powder,cumin powder, red colour.
  4. Add almonds powder, yougurt, in mutton and mix well.
  5. Leave it for about 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Now put leg piece in foil paper and cover it.
  7. Put them in steamer or any wok filled with water.place stand and place Your mutton over it.
  8. Cover lid tightly so may steam remains in wok.
  9. Cook for about 2.5 hours,after 2.5 hours check Your meat if it's cook add baby potatoes and cover again to cook.
  10. Butter veggies # In a pan 2 tbsp butter,add sliced onion,tomatoes, green chilli and saute well and fragrant comes out.
