  1. Provide 1/2 kilo of chicken
  2. You need 1 tsp. Curry
  3. Take 1 tsp. Thyme
  4. Provide 2 seasoning cubes
  5. Prepare 2 medium sized onion
  6. Take 3 tbs. Soy sauce
  7. Get 3 tbs. Vegetable oil
  8. Provide 3 tbsp. corn starch/ plain flour 1 tsp. ginger, minced
  9. Take 1 tbsp. garlic, minced 1 tbsp. chili pepper Carrot
  10. Take 2 medium sized green bell pepper
  11. Prepare 3 medium sized red bell pepper
  12. Get 1 handful green beans 1 cup green peas Salt to taste

  1. De-seed the red and green bell peppers, rinse and chop pepper and carrot into long strips - Set this aside. Chop one onion and the green beans into large chunks - Set this aside.
