  2. Take 5 servings
  3. You need 2 cups Basmati Rice
  4. Prepare 2 large carrot cut in cube
  5. You need 1 tin Green Peas
  6. Provide 1 tsp garlic & Ginger Paste
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup dice spring onions
  8. Take 1 bulb onion dice
  9. Take 4 fresh pepper diced
  10. You need 1 cksp veg oil
  11. You need 1 tbsp curry powder
  12. You need 2 green bell pepper cut in bit
  13. Provide to taste salt
  14. Get 3 knorr cube

  1. Heat up water in a large pot and once it's hot and boiling add rice and parboil till it's almost tender and make sure to put enough water to cover the base of the rice
  2. Heat up frying pan and add veg oil, once it's hot, add onions and stir after a minute or 2 add ginger and garlic paste, pepper, stir in curry powder, knorr cube and salt
  3. Add the carrots, green peas, spring onions and green bell pepper; mix everything together and set aside
  4. In a separate pot, pour in a quarter of the rice and a quarter of the veggies mix and mix them together, do this continuously till you complete the process
  5. Stir everything together and allow the fried rice to heat up then turn off the heat and serve with salad
