The ingredients needed to make Homemade flatbread:
  1. Take 300 g self-raising flour (plus extra for dusting)
  2. Prepare 1 tsp baking powder
  3. You need 250 g natural yoghurt
  4. Provide 1 tsp sugar
  5. Provide 1-2 tsp herb mix (optional)
  6. Use 1-2 tsp olive oil

  1. Put self raising flour, baking powder and yoghurt to a mixing bowl and mix together with a spoon, then use clean hands to pat and bring everything together. Dust a clean work surface with flour, then tip out the dough. Knead for a few minutes until all form to a dough. Wrap in cling film and leave it rest for 20-30min
