- Take 100 g purple sprouting Brocolli, any tough ends removed,
- Get 85 g closed cap mushrooms, cut into slices,
- Get 80 g meat free mince,
- Use 1 tbsp Ranch dressing, (veggie friendly),
- You need Spray cooking oil, I used Sunflower,

- Heat up a wok over a high heat and spray liberally with cooking oil. Once hot add in the meat free mince and the brocolli stems. Season really well with salt and pepper. Toss and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
