- Wash n clean all the vegetables and cut them as mentioned above. Heat oil n butter n add all the vegetables. Add all the powdered masalas n sauces as mentioned above.
- Mix well n let the vegetables cook well.
- For the pizza sauce, heat oil n butter together and add kalonji n garlic. Saute for a while n add onions.
- Let it cook well until translucent then add red chilli flakes n tomato puree. Salt n pepper,red chilli powder, oragano n cook well.
- Spread the pizza sauce on each base. Spread the filling over it. Grate some cheese on top.
- Now roast the pizzazz in frying pan adding 1/2 tsp butter and covering until the cheese melts. Cut with pizza cutter n serve hot.
