  1. Get 1 cup semolina (rava)
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  3. Take 1 tbsp ghee
  4. Get 1 onion
  5. Take 2 green chillies
  6. Take 2 tbsp groundnuts
  7. You need 1 tbsp urad dal
  8. Use 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
  10. Use 2 tbsp green peas
  11. Provide 5,6 curry leaves

  14. Get 3 cups water
Instructions to make Veg Upma:
  1. Heat a pan add rava and roast it, the rava should become fragrant & start to look dry, put the rava on a plate
  2. Now heat oil add mustard seeds when they start crackling, add cumin seeds and urad dal groundnuts fry them till they aur brown now add onions,chillies,peas and curry leaves mix it well
  3. Now add water and salt in it let the water come to a boil then add slowly rava and mix it bhi well, now cover it on slow flame and let the upma steam for 2 to 3 mins after a few mins add ghee and give a mix.
  4. Upma is ready now garnish with green coriander enjoy with some sev any chutney of your choice 😋😊👍
