The ingredients needed to prepare Veg Pulao:
  1. Use 1 cup Rice 🍚
  2. Get As required Vegetables like cabbage,onion, carrot 🥕,capsicum,green peas etc
  3. Provide 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  4. Use to taste Salt
  5. You need 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Get 2 tsp Oil
  7. You need 5-6 Nutrella chunks
Instructions to make Veg Pulao:
  1. Take a bowl and wash the rice with water 💦 and drain the excess water from it.
  2. Take a pan heat oil in it now add chopped onion and cook it till it turns brown in colour.
  3. Add jeera, bay leaf, cardamon, 1 clove to it.
  4. Now add chopped vegetables salt to taste, garam masala and red chilli powder and cover it with a a lid for 5 minutes.
  5. Open the lid stir it and add rice to it and mix it properly with vegetables and add nutrela chunks also.
  6. Add two cups of water 💦💦 and when water is absorbed by the rice 🍚 simmer it for 5 minutes by covering it with a lid.
  7. Open the lid after 5 minutes and your VEG PULAO is ready to serve.
  8. Serve it hot with curd and salad 🥗.
