- Prepare 2 lbs or 1 kg fresh fava beans unshelled (OR 12 oz, 350 g shelled)
- Use 3 cloves garlic
- Take 2 springs fresh rosemary, or equivalent dried
- Prepare 1 tsp salt
- Get 4 Tbsp olive oil
- You need 1/4 cup water

- Shell about 1kg or 2lbs of fava beans (to be precise, I had 36 pods). It ends up being around 340g/12oz after shelling. Feel free to use pre-shelled beans.
