- Prepare 1 cup peel and grated orange carrot
- Prepare 1/2 cup boiled,peel and grated beetroot
- Use 1 cup wheat flour
- Take 1 tbsp spicy green chillies ginger paste
- Prepare 1/4 tsp tumeric powder
- Provide 1 tsp red chilli powder

Steps to make Carrot-Beetroot Parathas:
- In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients. Mix well and bind into semi soft dough.(No need to add water as beetroot will leave water and we are adding curd).
- Divide into 6 equal portions. Make flatten balls. Roll one flatten ball with help of dry wheat flour into 4"-5" round roti.
- Fold from sides toward center as shown.
- Again fold from opposite sides to make square shape flatten ball. Tool gently into square shape paratha.
