- For Nasirabaad kachoda: Make tight dough. Keep aside for 25 minutes. Till then Prepare masala by heating oil in pan. Add cumin seeds,hing, fennel seeds, black pepper,red chilli, coriander, Mango powder, soaked and coarsely grinded urad dal,salt. Roast for few minutes. When dal leaves side of pan add roasted besan. Roast for few more minutes. Put off the flame.Cool the masala. Make chapati of dough. Fill masala in it. Then make kachoda with roller pin. Shallow fry Nasirabad kachoda is ready
