- Prepare 500 ml approx Fruit syrup from fruit, jam, or marmalade
- Prepare White wheat flour, enough to batter
- Provide 3 tablespoons chia seeds

- Take 1 tablespoon ground bay leaves
- You need 1/4 cup rosemary concentrate
- Provide To taste herbal salt
- Take 500 ml water
- Take 2 tablespoons baking powder
