  3. Take 30 leaves mustard greens
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon kosher salt

  1. Wash the leaves remove the long stems. Add salt to the water and boil.
  2. Do this in batches. Add a few leaves to the boiling water for 30 seconds remove and allow to cool.
