The ingredients needed to cook Plain Fried rice:
  1. Provide 500 g cooked rice /left over
  2. You need 150 grams onion leeks
  3. Take 5-6 cloves garlic
  4. You need 1 medium onion bulb white/red
  5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  6. Get 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  7. Use 1/2 tablespoon salt / a pinch salt
Instructions to make Plain Fried rice:
  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Wash and finely slice the green onions.
  3. Heat a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat and add 4 tablespoons of the oil.Sauted the garlic and onion bulb
  4. Add the cooked and cooled leftover rice.
  5. Stir-fry for a few minutes, using a wooden spoon to break it apart if they are not loosen yet. Stir in the SOY SAUCE/OYSTER SAUCE /SALT as desired.
  6. When the rice is heated through, add the paprika, pepper.
  7. Mix thoroughly. Stir in the green onions. Serve hot.
