- Get 100 gm Butter -
- Use 1/2 cup Sugar powder -
- Use 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour -
- Prepare 1 Egg -
- Use 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence -

- Prepare 1 or 2 drops Red food color -

- Cream together butter and sugar powder till fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla essence and beat in.
- Add the flour in 2 or 3 batches & mix in.if the dough is soft refrigerate for 10-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a zip lock/plastic bag,put the sugar granules & add the color and mix it with your hand from the outside of the plastic bag. Add the cornflour 1/2 tsp at a time and mix in till the sugar is grainy.
