  2. Use 100 grams Minced pork
  3. Prepare 1/2 Onion
  4. Provide 1/2 Carrot
  5. Take 1 Potato
  6. You need 1 dash Salt and pepper
  7. Get 3 blocks Japanese curry roux mix
  8. Provide 1 Water
  9. Get 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

  1. Dice the onion, carrot and potato into 5 mm cubes. Soak the potato in water until the water becomes clear, then drain.
