  1. Get 1 lb potatoes
  2. Take 8 oz fresh ground chorizo
  3. Take 8 each green onions
  4. Prepare 1 salt
  5. Take 11 each six inch corn tortillas
Steps to make Flautas:
  1. Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces and boil until tender
  2. Cook chorizo over medium high heat until brown, break into small pieces while cooking
  3. Add onions, stir and cook for 1 minute
  4. Add cooked potatoes to meat and mix well
