- Get 1 Smoked sausage cut up into circles
- Take 1 Chorizo Sausage cut into circles
- You need 3 small sweet peppers
- Use 1/4 onion chopped
- Use 8 sweet Vine Tomatoes cut in half

- Use 500 g Carton of passata sieved Tomatoes
- Use 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
- You need 1 beef stock cube

- You need 1/4 cup red wine
- Take 2 tbls Balsamic vinegar
- Provide 6 cups pasta
- Use 150 g Italian Ricotta soft cheese
