  1. Use 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  2. Provide 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  3. Provide 1 tbsp honey
  4. Use 10 chicken drumsticks, bone-in and skin-on
  5. Provide 3 large carrots, unpeeled and cut into 1/4 in diagonal slices
  6. Take 12 whole garlic cloves, unpeeled
