- Get 1 cup soaked rice
- Prepare 3 boiled smashed potatoes
- Take 1 bowl mix vegetables onion carrots bell pepper tomatoes
- Take 1 sliced green chilli
- Prepare 1 tsp Ginger paste
- You need 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
- Use 2 tsp curry leaves
- Get to taste Salt
- You need Pinch eno
- You need As needed Cheese (Optional)
Instructions to make Fusion Roasty:
- Grind the soaked rice in to a fine batter add smashed potatoes in to it.
- Now add all the vegetables ginger paste and chillies along with Coriander and curry leaves. Mix well. Leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
- After rest add a pinch of eno and 1 tbsp water to it. You can add more water to set the consistency.
- Now heat a pan and add oil and spread batter. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for sometime.
- Flip the other side and grate cheese on it. Let it cook and melt.you can serve the Roasty along with tomato sauce or green chutney.
