- You need 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Take 4 tablespoons butter
- Prepare 4 tablespoons water
- Get 3 cups dark chocolate chips
- Prepare 3 eggs
- Provide 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Take 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Prepare 2 cup coconut flakes | DIVIDED
