- Provide 1-2 spring onions, finely chopped
- Use 1 cm cube of fresh ginger, finely chopped
- Get 75 g mange tout, sliced into small pieces
- Provide 2-3 broccoli florets, sliced thinly

- Make a small well in the middle of the pan and add the egg. Lightly scramble and combine with the rice mixture until cooked through and incorporated.
