The ingredients needed to prepare Fresh Pasta:
- Provide 250 g 00 (Pasta) Flour
- Take 2 free-range eggs
- Get 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Take 1 litre water to boil pasta
- Prepare 1 pinch sea salt
Steps to make Fresh Pasta:
- On a clean surface, tip out the flour and make a well in the middle of the flour, add the eggs and slowly beat to incorporate.
