- Get 3 cups leftover baby back rib meat
- Use 1 pound baby back ribs bone in
- You need 1/2 cup hatch green peppers
- Take 1/3 cup shallots diced
- You need 4 slices smoked bacon

- Preheat oven 400°Fahrenheit. In an oven safe Dutch oven crisp the bacon and set aside.
