  2. Take 25 g yeast
  3. Prepare 2 dl oats rolled
  4. Take 1 dl flax seeds

  6. Prepare 11 dl plain flour
  7. Use 2 tablespoons syrup dark
  8. Provide 1 tablespoon honey
