- अच्छे से मिलने के बाद उसमें चीनी डालें और कटे हुए बादाम,काजू डालें और मिलाएं |
- सारी चीजें मिलने के बाद 3 से 4 मिनट तक पकाएं जब तक वो थोड़ा गाढ़ा न हो जाए |
- उसके बाद गैस बंद करके 'बेसन के शीरे' को गरमा गर्म परोसें |
