  2. Prepare 2 table spoon milk full cream

  1. Take a cup of besan in a plate.Add milk and crumble the besan.
  2. Now add ghee to the wok and ad crumbled besan and saute till golden pink.
  3. Take sugar in a pan add water bit above the sugar level and boil to just to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Add the sugar syrup to the besan in the wok and stir it well.add cardamom powder.Add edible gum roasted and coarsly powdered to get a crunch.
  5. Stir it till the sides leaves the wok.Transfere it to the greased plate to cut it into any burfi shape once to the room temperature.Garnish it with chopped badam and enjoy this Indian Delicacy.
