  1. Grind onion,ginger, coriander ,chillies,garlic and salt together.
  2. Add the chicken to this mixture and let the chicken marinate for atleast half an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds,when they start changing colour add turmeric powder
  4. Now add the marinated chicken and choped green chillies and mix well. To this add coriander powder and roasted cumin powder.
  5. Now add garam masala..adjust seasoning and add 1 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook till chicken is soft.
