- In food processor add chicken, garlic paste, spices, vinegar and egg now process well.
- Place the chicken mince in a bowl
- With a spoon or hand place 1 tbsp chicken mixture in plain flour mix with hand and then in corn flour and make nugget shape and set aside on a plate.
- In a wok, heat oil and cook all the chicken nuggets till golden brown on low flame.
- When done serve on paper cloth with ketchup or chilli garlic sauce. Enjoy. Or make the nuggets light brown, cool them and place in plastic zipper bag and store in freezer.
