- Get 2 Chicken breasts
- Provide 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Get Zest of 1 lemon
- Take 2 good handfuls panko breadcrumbs
- Provide Handful grated parmesan

- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks.
- Put the mayo in a bowl and add the chicken chunks, turning to coat.
