- You need 240 ml milk
- Take 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Get 128 grams plain flour
- Take 1/2 tsp paprika

- Prepare 4 tbsp groundnut or peanut oil

- In a bowl stir together the milk and lemon juice and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
