  1. Take medium sized beetroots
  2. Provide medium sized tomato
  3. Prepare garlic clove
  4. Take cinnamon stick
  5. Provide chopped onion

  1. Peel and cut bett root into cubes,also deseed tomato and cut into cubes.Keep aside.
  2. Heat a pressure cooker,add butter.Add onion and fry till translucent,add garlic clove also.
  3. Add beetroot and tomato,stir.Add salt,cinnamon stick and 2 cups water.close the lid and pressure cook on high till 1 whistle.
  4. Lower the flame to medium and further cook for 2 minutes.Put off flame and let pressure release itself.
  5. Take out beetroot -tomato mixture into a blender.Discard cinnamon stick.Blend to a fine puree.
  6. Add the puree to left over water after boiling beetroot,ajdust consistency you dasire.If required add some water.Boil the puree 2-3 minutes.
