- remove debris from lentil wash and soak for 30-40 min.

- chop onions, tomato, cilantro, kale, and jalapeno (if you want it chopped or place in whole).
- mince the ginger and garlic
- heat oil on medium, add onions, fry till golden brown
- add powdered spices, cinnamon, clove, cardamon, and fry 1 min
- add tomatoes garlic ginger
- add cilantro and kale fry 1-2 min
