  1. Take Vegetable oil
  2. You need pork tenderloin, I use tenderloin as it cooks quickly and is tender.
  3. You need Apples peeled and cored

  1. Chop pork into small cubes, fry until the red has gone about 3-5 minutes, then remove and drain on kitchen paper
