- Take 500 gr fresh spinach
- Provide 1/2 cup lentil
- Get 1 onion
- Use 2 cloves garlic
- You need Salt, pepper, turmeric
- Provide 1 table spoon fresh lemon juice
- Get 1 table spoon olive oil
- Take 2 spoons Pomegranate paste (not very sour)
Instructions to make Spinach and Lentil:
- After cleaning and washing the spinach, we chop it and put it aside. Then we put the lentils in the bowl of water to soak for a while.
- In the meantime, we grate the onion, add 1 spoon of olive oil to our pan and fry the onion with little bit of turmeric. When the onion gets the color of gold, we add our chopped garlic and fry them together for a while. Then we add the spinach and continue frying for a few minutes.
