The ingredients needed to cook Samosas:
- Take 2 cups flour
- You need 2 tspns oil
- Provide 1/2 tsp sugar

- Prepare 1 cup water
Instructions to make Samosas:
- In large bowl sift ur flour, add in oil, sugar and salt and mix till crumb like. Then add in water gradually and mix, then transfer to a flat surface.
- Knead, knead and knead till stretchy and non sticking. Keep kneading for about 20 minutes. Allow to rest for a min and knead again. Put in a nylon and allow to rest again for about 20 mins.

- Heat up a pan on medium heat, cut out the flattened dough using a circular object. Place the dough on the pan and steam on both sides for just a min. Make a visible line by folding and cut with a pizza cutter, then divide in halves again, keep in a nylon, repeat process with the rest.
- Then make a flour slurry, fold each sheet into equals forming a triangular shape, apply the slurry on the edges. Then stuff with any filling of your choice. Apply the slurry on the edge and fold, repeat process. Forming triangles.
