  1. Prepare 1/2 kg minced meat
  2. Provide 2 cups flour

  1. Make the dough using warm water flour, salt to get a soft one. Should not be too soft or hard

  9. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, the oil should not be too hot. Deep fry till you get the brown colour. Repeat till you are done with the rest
