  2. Prepare I big red onion
  3. Use Small bunch of dhania
  4. Prepare I big lemon
  5. Get Red pepper

  1. Boil the minced meat until tender
  2. Chop red onion, garlic and dhania differently
  3. Put 1 table spoonful of cooking oil in a cooking pan.and place on fire.add onion stir until golden brown.add chopped garlic and add salt to preserve its smell stir and cover for a min.
  4. Add minced meat and continue stirring.add dhania and cover for 2 min.

  10. Using your hands separate the uncooked chapati into two and cut it into four equal parts
  11. With the piece of uncooked chapati make a triangular pockets ensuring no space is left.
  12. Fill the pockets with the already prepared minced meat
  13. Place oil on fire for dip frying
  14. Emmerce your un cooked samosa in hot oil until golden brown.
  15. Serve with lemon and a cup of tea
