- You need 2 cups Maida
- Provide 4 Potatoes
- Get 2 tsp Suji
- Get 2 tsp Oil
- Take 100 gms Paneer

Instructions to make Samosas:
- Take maida, suji, 2 tsp oil, salt, ajwain and add water. Then knead it properly and put it for rest for 40 minutes.
- Boil potatoes, peel them, mash them and add spices according to your taste.
- Take one roll of maida and make a roti shape and cut it from centre. Then make a cone shape by applying water in the corners and add potato mixture and paneer and close it by applying water. Now fry the samosa and serve it.
