- Take 1-2 lb chicken breast
- Take 1 can cream of chicken
- Use 1 can cream of celery
- You need 1 can chicken broth
- Prepare 2 cups carrots, sliced
- Take 1 cup green onions, chopped
- Use to taste Garlic salt, pepper
- Prepare Bisquick biscuit mix
