  1. You need 500 g minced chicken
  2. You need 100 g minced prawns (optional, can be removed)
  3. Take 200-250 g tapioca flour
  4. Take 2 eggs
  5. You need 1 tsp garlic paste
  6. You need 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  7. Prepare 2 tbs oyster sauce
  8. You need 100 g scallions / spring onion (thin sliced)
  9. Get 24 dumpling wraps / wonton wraps

  1. In a food processor, mix all the ingredients (except the scallions and the wraps), until it's fully incorporated
